Registered Nurse - Pain Management

Job Description Saint Luke's East Hospital has an opportunity for a Pain Clinic RN. This position will assist with rooming patients, preparing pain clinic patients for doctors examination, and obtaining pertinent patient history. This position will also assist the physician in procedures, provide patient education and post‑procedure instructions, schedule follow‑up appointments, and assist with patient referrals. Shift Part Time Days 8:00–4:30 (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri). Responsibilities This position functions independently and is accountable for utilizing the nursing process. It coordinates the care for a group of patients with the multidisciplinary team, delegates tasks appropriately, identifies hospital resources, and serves as a clinical resource for new employees. The RN demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within the unit or department. Requirements Applicable Experience: 1 year. Basic Life Support – American Heart Association or Red Cross. Registered Nurse credentials. Associate Degree in Nursing. Qualifications We are looking for an experienced nurse who is driven by innovation and continuous improvement.
