Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school. Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and certification of the NBCOT exam. Minimum one year of professional experience. Current state License for Occupational Therapist / OT or actively in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification. Other client‑specific requirements may apply. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services by providing direct patient care, evaluating medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Develop and administer individualized treatment programs with goals aligned to patient capacity and tolerance. Develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient. Provide skilled OT services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet occupational therapy goals.
