Litigation Paralegal

Insurance defense firm seeks a dedicated, experienced (5+ years), and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Looking for a paralegal who is willing to perform legal assistant duties and is capable of independently managing a case load on a team with an experienced attorney. Will involve both litigation and non-litigation tasks. Responsibilities Assist with client communication. Handling and preparing discovery responses and requests. Draft litigation correspondence, arbitration, and trial documentation. Draft and file answers and other pleadings. Communicate with opposing counsel. Assist in arbitration preparation. Assist with trial preparation. The ideal candidate should have some insurance defense experience. Office located in Eden Prairie. This is a full time, in-person position.
