About the Role You will Attract and retain customers by proactively conducting face‑to‑face meetings, visiting job sites, and meeting decision makers. You will Work with the Profit Center Manager to establish revenue and margin targets. You will Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to grow market share and meet monthly sales targets. You will Process sales orders, bids, and job information and perform all sales functions in accordance with company policy. You will Participate in sales meetings , complete call reports, and maintain customer profile data. You will Identify value‑added services and innovate ways to grow sales with existing customers. You will Investigate and resolve customer problems and follow up to ensure satisfaction. You will Facilitate payment of accounts receivable in collaboration with the customer, Profit Center Manager, and Credit Manager. You will Support Inside Sales and other Profit Center activities . You will Stay informed by joining industry associations. You will Complete required safety and compliance training as assigned. Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned. About You 1+ years outside sales experience, preferably contractor sales or swimming pool industry. Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Extensive knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center. Desirable qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Capable of building influential relationships and trust with customers and vendors. Deep product knowledge to answer customer questions and identify upsell opportunities. Consultative mindset to understand customer goals and act as trusted advisor. Overcome objections by recommending profitable solutions. Ability to collaborate and inspire teamwork. Excellent communication and listening skills. Self‑directed and able to plan and organize sales calls. Willingness to learn to operate warehouse material‑handling equipment. Willingness to learn and operate the order processing computer systems. Fluent in English. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
