Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well‑established primary care practice providing comprehensive family medicine services . Responsibilities Include Conducting patient evaluations and managing acute and chronic conditions. Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and coordinating referrals. Providing preventive care, health education, and promoting wellness. Collaborating with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, and support staff to ensure seamless care.
