We have an open kitchen, and you split your time between managing the FOH and BOH teams in their respective duties. You're an uplifting presence who motivates staff, greets guests, and checks on customers to ensure satisfaction.Every day, you tackle management duties like opening and closing the restaurant, organizing inventory, creating prep lists, and delegating tasks amongst the team. As you perform your responsibilities, you identify areas for improvement and implement more effective strategies and processes.
