Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (Adult) Park Ridge, IL – Part time, 7p-7a. Where You Will Work The 45‑bed emergency department at Lutheran General, a Level 1 Trauma Medical Center with Magnet designation, delivers nursing care to patients needing emergency services. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) to be obtained within 3 months of start date. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency or Critical Care nursing. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
