Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current license for state where practicing
• BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

Assignment Details

• Assignment length: 13 weeks
• Shift pattern: 5x8
• Scheduled days: Monday through Friday
• Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic
• Treats outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries
• Works in conjunction with a team of therapists
• Communicates treatment plans and evaluations to medical teams
• Reports patient progress to in-house doctors, orthopedic surgeons, and hand surgeons
