Construction Project Manager

Ernst Brothers

Lead Projects That Will Be Admired for Generations.

Some people manage construction projects.

Others lead the transformation of extraordinary homes through projects so complex that most builders wouldn't take them on.

At Ernst Brothers, we believe exceptional projects deserve exceptional leadership.

We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives on complexity, enjoys solving difficult problems, and takes pride in orchestrating projects where craftsmanship, communication, and precision all have to come together seamlessly.

This isn't a role where you'll simply update schedules, review budgets, and process paperwork.

You'll lead intricate custom homes, large-scale renovations, historic restorations, and additions where every day brings new challenges, and every successful project becomes a testament to thoughtful planning and extraordinary execution.

What You'll Be Trusted To Do

As a Project Manager, you'll serve as the trusted leader behind some of the region's most challenging residential construction projects.

Many of our homes involve complex renovations, occupied residences, historic structures, intricate structural modifications, demanding clients, and world-class architects and designers. Success requires far more than construction knowledge. It requires leadership, foresight, and exceptional communication.

You'll be trusted to:

  • Lead complex custom homes, transformative renovations, additions, and specialty projects from contract through completion.
  • Bring order and confidence to projects with countless moving pieces, balancing schedules, budgets, consultants, trade partners, and client expectations.
  • Partner with architects, engineers, designers, Field Managers, and craftspeople to solve problems before they become obstacles.
  • Guide clients through one of the most significant investments they'll ever make with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care.
  • Protect quality, profitability, and the client experience without ever compromising craftsmanship.

Why Ernst Brothers?

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead some of the most architecturally significant and technically challenging residential projects in the region.
  • Work alongside clients who value exceptional craftsmanship and trust us with homes that often require creative thinking and sophisticated execution.
  • Collaborate with some of the area's most respected architects, designers, engineers, and artisans.
