Job Description

Minimum 1+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist experience and ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule:

• 13-week assignment
• 4x10 hour shifts (Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with rotating day off
• Rotating on-call, float, and weekend shifts

Exposure to diverse clinical cases—including trauma-body and neuro-stroke—will help expand your clinical knowledge and your resume, while you learn new workplace practices and leadership strategies from seasoned healthcare professionals.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience
• Trauma-body and neuro-stroke procedures experience required
• BLS (AHA only), TX-MRT, ARRT required
• EPIC experience preferred
• Level I Trauma Center experience preferred
• ARRT-VI certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality IR procedures per exam protocol with attention to patient safety
• Communicate clearly with patients and families, explaining procedures and building rapport
• Prepare patients and work areas according to safety and infection control policies
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, report issues promptly, monitor inventory
• Accurately document procedures and maintain imaging records
• Precept and train new staff as needed
• Participate in on-call coverage and float as required
