This role is ideal for a proactive professional who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to ensuring providers and facilities remain operational, compliant, and well-supported.Responsibilities:Manage provider onboarding, credentialing, and payer enrollment processes.Coordinate EHR setup and training for providers using systems such as PointClickCare and DocNow.Work with the billing team to ensure billing and coding readiness.Develop and maintain SOPs to support new site and provider rollouts.Skills:Strong organizational and project management abilities.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proactive, self-directed, and solution-oriented mindset.Requirements:Prior experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, credentialing, or a related field preferred.Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.Positive attitude with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.Location: Brooklyn, NY | Hours: Full-time. | Salary: $65-85k
