Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Sales Representative who is organized , coachable , and eager to follow our proven sales process. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves helping people, works well with systems, and wants to be part of a company that values both faith and professionalism.
This is an active sales role that requires initiative, consistency, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Follow our provided sales methods and scripts to guide customers through the buying process.
- Assist walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads with professionalism and care.
- Educate customers on building types, customization options, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Use our digital quoting tools and sales CRM (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and accurate records.
- Be a team player.
What We’re Looking For:
- Organized and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Willing to learn and apply our sales systems (training provided)
- Positive attitude , eager to grow personally and professionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work Monday–Saturday (with scheduled days off)
- Aligned with our family-oriented, Christian company values
- Comfortable with basic tech tools (computers, HubSpot CRM)
