Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Sales Representative who is organized , coachable , and eager to follow our proven sales process. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves helping people, works well with systems, and wants to be part of a company that values both faith and professionalism.

This is an active sales role that requires initiative, consistency, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do:

• Follow our provided sales methods and scripts to guide customers through the buying process.
• Assist walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads with professionalism and care.
• Educate customers on building types, customization options, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Use our digital quoting tools and sales CRM (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and accurate records.
• Be a team player.

What We’re Looking For:

• Organized and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
• Willing to learn and apply our sales systems (training provided)
• Positive attitude , eager to grow personally and professionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work Monday–Saturday (with scheduled days off)

• Comfortable with basic tech tools (computers, HubSpot CRM)
