ERP Analyst

Johnson Service Group is seeking an ERP Analyst who applies functional knowledge to the design and customization of SAP or PeopleSoft client/server application to meet the company's requirements and systems needs. Understands content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues. Works with developers to ensure requirements are being met. At higher levels, serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. You will provide the following capability to the project team; Analyze Production Operations business processes and procedures for improvement and system applicability. Provide clearly defined solutions supporting Manufacturing Production Operations for configuration of SAP and supporting business processes. Perform gap analysis and system re-engineering of SAP activities. Responsibilities include system design, development, configuration, unit testing, operational assessment readiness for SAP project implementation phases such as blueprint, configuration, testing and production support. Will author functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, interfaces and integration between SAP ERP and Team Center PLM and Apriso MES Systems. Responsible for unit testing, integration testing, documentation and training of the end user community. Develop training documentation and scripts using SAP methodologies. Understands content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues. At higher levels, serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Experience in SAP ERP in the following areas and understand how these ERP areas integrate with a PLM and MES system. Master Data – Material Masters, Work Centers, MBOMs, Task Lists (Routings, Ref Op Sets, and General Maintenance Tasks Lists), and Change Masters Order Data – Production Orders, Refurbishment Orders, and Network Orders Order Functionality – Order Release, Order Splits, Order Confirmations, Order Scraps, Order Cancellations, Order Date Revisions, Line Rejects, Part Number Rolls, Major Component Swaps. Experience authoring functional specs based on customer requirements Experience working with ABAP developers to design/standardize customized functional solutions Experience working in Aerospace and Defense Experience facilitating data driven decisions Ability to apply support, project management skills and functional knowledge to meet operational business needs Required Skills: Qualified candidates must have experience in SAP ERP in the following areas and understand how these ERP areas integrate with a PLM (Product Lifecyle Management) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System). 5+ years of experience with Master Data in one or more of the following sub sections: Material Masters, Work Centers, MBOMs, Task Lists (Routings, Ref Op Sets, and General Maintenance Tasks Lists), and Change Masters 5+ years of experience with Order Data in one or more of the following sub sections: Production Orders, Refurbishment Orders, and Network Orders 5+ years of experience with Order Functionality in one or more of the following sub sections: Order Release, Order Splits, Order Confirmations, Order Scraps, Order Cancellations, Order Date Revisions, Line Rejects, Part Number Rolls, Major Component Swaps.
