The Dedicated Team CDL-A Driver will support high-volume refrigerated freight operations while maintaining safe and efficient transportation services. Drivers will operate on established routes utilizing preloaded trailers and drop trailer distribution centers.

Transportation Operations

• Safely transport refrigerated freight between dedicated distribution center locations.
• Operate within established team routes while maintaining on-time delivery standards.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety requirements.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Accurately complete logs and transportation documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.
• Maintain professionalism while supporting customer service expectations.

Freight Responsibilities

• Handle no-touch refrigerated freight.
• Operate on static weekly routes utilizing preloaded trailers.
• Deliver to drop trailer distribution centers.
• Average approximately 4,800 team miles per week.
• Support long-haul operations while maintaining safe driving practices.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and operational requirements.

Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,803 $2,101
• Annual Earnings: $93,778 $109,298
• Mileage Split Compensation
• Safe & On-Time Bonus Program up to 3%

Schedule

• Team Driving Position
• Home Weekly
• Approximately 4,800 Miles Per Week
• Three to Four Days Home
• Three to Four Weeks Out
