Logistics Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator (“LC”) at Range Point Transportation in Moon, PA. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for all operational activities to support the “life cycle of a load” including customer rapport building, quoting, order entry, carrier procurement, tracking and tracing with all customer updates done proactively. This person is extremely organized, has a high motor, and the ability to prioritize and knock down multiple tasks in a given day. The LC is crucial to ensuring we provide a high level of service to our customers. We need people willing to go the extra mile. Qualifications Be a winner - competitive and have grit Logistics Coordinator, Load Planner, Carrier Support, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Task management and prioritization Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects effectively Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus Proficiency with G-Suite/Microsoft Office is a bonus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is preferred We are young and growing each year - we want people that want to make an immediate impact.
