The Role: Sales Specialist (100% Travel)

We are seeking a results-driven, highly persuasive Sales Specialist to serve as our regional sales powerhouse across our senior living communities in the Pittsburgh area.

In this high-visibility position, you will travel 100% of the time to partner directly with Executive Directors and local Sales Directors. You’ll step onto campuses to drive occupancy, refine sales strategy, conduct high-converting tours, and close leases. Whether you’re stepping in to boost sales momentum, launch outreach campaigns, or model gold-standard tour techniques, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Drive Occupancy & Revenue: Execute high-impact sales strategies that consistently meet or exceed community move-in targets and revenue goals.

• On-the-Ground Partnering: Work hand-in-hand with Executive Directors and community sales teams to audit sales funnels, optimize CRM performance, and sharpen closing techniques.

• Showcase Our Communities: Lead engaging, heartwarming, and high-converting tours with prospective residents and their families, articulating the unique lifestyle and benefits of our campuses.

• Conquer the Market: Build, expand, and nurture relationships with key medical, professional, and community referral sources across the Pittsburgh region.

• Real-Time Lead Management: Promptly respond to phone inquiries, track quality lead activity in our CRM, and build strategic follow-up plans that convert prospects into long-term residents.

What You Bring to the Team

• The Heart: A genuine compassion for older adults and a passion for helping families navigate senior living options.

• Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of successful experience in healthcare marketing, senior living sales, or high-touch service sales with a documented history of hitting targets.

• Road-Ready Mindset: Willingness to travel 100% regionally across assigned Pittsburgh-area communities.

• Communication & Tech Savvy: Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills, with proficiency in sales CRMs and Microsoft Office.

• Strategic Vision: Strong ability to analyze lead data, identify market opportunities, and roll out effective sales action plans on short notice.
