Call Center Representative (Late Shift)

Location: Whippany, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.90 per hour
Schedule: 10:00 AM- 6:30 PM or 11:30 AM-8:00 PM
Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to assist patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies with medication access, reimbursement questions, and program support. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, thrive in a structured environment, and want to gain healthcare and customer service experience.
Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, physicians, and pharmacies.
Assist callers with medication access, reimbursement support, and program-related questions.
Provide professional, empathetic customer service.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
Review and process claims as needed.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.

Qualifications

Strong communication and active listening skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Previous customer service experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
