Job Title: HVAC Field Technician Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected Hours: 35 – 45 per week What You’ll Do Serve as a trusted, client-facing professional while tackling complex on-site HVAC repairs. Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and heating systems with precision. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly. Clean and service HVAC units to ensure peak performance. Manage inventory, track job costs, and handle invoicing for your assigned projects. Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional. Maintain accurate maintenance records using a smartphone for dispatch and company communication. Take ownership of your company vehicle and uphold a polished appearance.
