Position Overview
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to support the accurate diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of medical conditions. This role plays a vital part in improving patient outcomes by utilizing advanced imaging technology, ensuring high-quality images, and adhering to strict safety and radiation protection standards.


Working closely with physicians, radiologists, and interdisciplinary care teams, the Radiologic Technologist performs imaging procedures such as X-rays while ensuring proper patient positioning and technique for optimal image quality. They are responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, monitoring patients during procedures, and making adjustments as needed to ensure both accuracy and patient safety.


In addition, the Radiologic Technologist provides clear instructions and compassionate care to patients, helping to ease concerns and ensure a comfortable experience throughout the imaging process. The role also includes reviewing images for quality, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and following all clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines. Through strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care, the Radiologic Technologist supports timely diagnoses and enhances the overall patient experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
