Tenant Certification & HUD Compliance Specialist
Partnership Property Management
Partnership Property Management is seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist based in Greensboro, NC to support tenant certifications and compliance across 45 properties and about 1,550 units. You will work with Site Managers to ensure accuracy of files and rent calculations and report to the Assistant Compliance Director. Key duties include processing tenant certifications, inputting data into ResMan & Multisite, reviewing RD and Tax Credit files, and coordinating deadlines with property #J-18808-Ljbffr Partnership Property Management
