Job Location: Rochester, NY Job Schedule: 3/12: Employees work 12 hour days, 3 days a week Job Description: In this role, individuals may be responsible for conducting tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products. Must be capable logging information in technical databases. Basic troubleshooting skills are desired. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team. Essential Functions: Follows Manufacturing Test Procedures (MTP) to perform automated and semi-automated tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products Uses hand tools such as torque wrenches Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels Uses Microsoft Office programs Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours). Able to transport up to 25 lbs. Other duties as assigned Ability to work overtime as needed Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years prior experience Preferred Additional Skills: Some electronics background Basic Troubleshooting skills L3Harris product knowledge Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements through the L3Harris E3 continuous improvement process Strong Customer Focus In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $36,920 - $63,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
