Full Time Anaheim, CA, US Salary Range: $18.00 To $18.00 Hourly Full-Time Hotel Front Desk Agent We are seeking a Full-Time Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming first point of contact for our guests and to oversee all aspects of their hotel experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You will assist guests throughout their stay, from check-in and reservations to answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring they have a pleasant and memorable experience. Flexible availability is preferred. Responsibilities Perform all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally. Manage reservations made online and by phone. Process payments and verify guest credit card information. Register guests and collect all required information, including contact details and stay dates. Welcome guests upon arrival and assign appropriate rooms. Provide accurate information about hotel rooms, rates, amenities, policies, and services. Respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked. Confirm group reservations and coordinate personalized services for VIP guests, wedding parties, and event attendees. Promote and upsell additional hotel facilities and services when appropriate. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, guest information, and payments. Assist with laundry duties during slower periods. Assist with cleaning and maintaining public areas during slower periods. Perform other front desk and guest-service duties as needed. Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role. Experience with hotel reservation and property management systems, such as Opera or RoomKeyPMS . Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional when handling guest concerns. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
