Located in the heart of Shreveport, LA, we’re a local business dedicated to providing exceptional service and a warm atmosphere for our guests. We’re on the hunt for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front of House/Barista.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Part-Time Front of House/Barista, you’ll be the face of LBC Shreveport, ensuring every guest feels right at home. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Serving a variety of Breads, Pastries, Desserts, and coffee beverages with care and precision. - Handling transactions at the register efficiently and accurately. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the front of house and coffee area. - Assisting with restocking supplies and ensuring everything runs smoothly during your shift.

We’re seeking someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for great service. While no prior experience is required, here’s what we value in our ideal candidate: - A positive attitude and excellent communication skills. - A strong work ethic and the ability to work as a team. - Attention to detail when taking orders and completing tasks - The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during busy times. - A genuine love for baked goods from scratch and connecting with people.
