Location 3281 Crumb Road,Commerce, MI, 48390,United States Base Pay $19.30 - $26.85 / Hour Employee Type FT Non-Exempt Description Customer Service, Oversee Sales Floor and Backroom. Production to the floor Requirements Education and Experience REQUIRED: Any combination of education and experience that provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to do the job. Preferred Some experience in resale business or retail setting. Knowledge/Abilities Required Ability to work with others to achieve a shared goal. Ability to work within established guidelines. Knowledge of books and a love of reading. Basic computer skills. Physical Demands Requires standing and walking and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, bending, and reaching with hands and arms. Requires frequent lifting and moving of light items, up to 10 pounds, and occasional lifting and moving of items up to 25 pounds. May be required to stand for entire shift. Mental Demands Requires energetic, team-oriented individual with a positive “can-do” attitude and an ability to understand, accept and work with people who have disabilities and/or other barriers to employment. Machines/Equipment cash register Working Conditions Mix of production and retail environments. Usually fast-paced. Other Requirements Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must maintain professional standards of performance, demeanor, and appearance at all times. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be willing to occasionally work evenings, weekends, extended hours and holidays. Must pass a background check.
