Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger management, monthly/year-end close, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, payroll, fixed assets, internal controls, and external audit management.

• Direct global banking activities, treasury initiatives, and short/long-term cash flow forecasting while managing key financial institution partnerships.

• Oversee financial and accounting operations across international offices, ensuring full alignment with global compliance standards and institutional priorities.

• Mentor, recruit, and develop a high-performing accounting team across domestic and international locations, driving technical excellence and accountability.

• Drive enterprise system optimizations, leveraging ERP tools (such as 3E or Aderant), workflow automation, and emerging AI tools to improve team productivity and data accuracy.

• Provide executive oversight of client trust accounting activities, ensuring absolute regulatory compliance and effective stakeholder communication.

• Design, implement, and monitor robust internal control protocols (both system-based and manual) to prevent errors, fraud, and financial irregularities.

• Serve as the principal accounting authority on cross-functional firmwide initiatives, digital transformations, and core process redesigns.
