Job Description & Summary At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Those in financial due diligence focus on analysing financial information to assess quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key deal issues. As a Manager, you will lead teams, motivate and coach staff, manage performance and deliver client expectations while ensuring integrity, professional standards and innovation in your work. Responsibilities Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams Supervise, develop, and coach teams to produce high‑quality deliverables Utilise team strengths and engage technologists and business partners Lead project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion Ensure adherence to PwC's code of conduct, independence and technical standards Address and resolve conflicts or issues with clients, team members, and stakeholders What You Must Have Bachelor’s degree Minimum five years of experience Active CPA in the current work office, or Chartered Accountant in good standing, MBA from an accredited university, or CFA credential What Sets You Apart Broad knowledge in financial due diligence and transaction‑related services Experience interviewing executive management at target companies Assessing a target company’s quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows Managing resolution of technical accounting issues Creating an atmosphere of trust and encouraging diverse views Coaching staff with timely, meaningful feedback Travel Requirements Up to 60%. Compensation Salary range: $99,000 – $232,000. Actual compensation depends on skill, experience, and location.
