Procedural Scheduler

Join our team as a Procedural Scheduler at our Saint Luke's Plaza location!

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm or 7:30am - 4pm
• No Night, No weekends
• Prior healthcare experience is preferred
• Some travel might be required to support Metro ENT clinics as needed

Opportunity:

• Comprehensively coordinates and manages the scheduling for ENT practices.
• Provide effective communication to patients regarding appointment, insurances, and co-pay collections.
• Supports other ENT practices as needed for coverage
• Efficiently and timely manage all EPIC referral work queues for scheduling of incoming patient appointments.
• Collects co-pays
• Helps monitor denials
• Manages fax work queues
• Other front desk duties as assigned
