RN Clinical Coordinator — Unit Leadership & Patient Care

Chesapeake Regional Healthcare

Chesapeake Regional Healthcare is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator to oversee quality patient care on a shift-by-shift basis under the Nurse Manager. The role functions as the Charge Nurse, guiding staff and ensuring policy adherence in a busy hospital unit. You will mentor staff, coordinate coverage, and support administrative coverage in the manager’s absence.
