What would you do as A MILL OPERATOR

You can expect a dynamic and engaging daily routine. Your primary responsibilities will include moving raw materials and finished products around the yard, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of trucks. You'll be navigating our facility, maintaining safety standards, and keeping the yard organized and tidy.

Expect a Mon - Fri schedule from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, allowing you to enjoy a 3-day work week while being part of a high-performance team. Each day presents unique challenges, ensuring that your role is both impactful and rewarding as you contribute to our commitment to customer-centricity and safety.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
• Ability to safely climb and descend stairs and ladders as required to perform essential job functions.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
