This role ensures production efficiency, quality accuracy, and on-time completion of jobs while supporting a safe and organized manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented manufacturing professional who thrives in a fast-paced production setting, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to meeting customer expectations.

LOCATION:

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Cincinnati, Ohio area

COMPENSATION:

Starting at $18.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Finishing & Bindery Equipment Operation Cutting, Folding, Laminating & Binding Processes Quality Inspection & Job Verification Production Efficiency & Workflow Management Production Data Collection & Reporting Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting Safety, 6S & Workplace Organization Collaboration with Production and Operations Teams

QUALIFICATIONS

Required High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1-2 years of finishing, bindery, printing, packaging, or related manufacturing experience. Experience reading and interpreting work orders, job tickets, and production specifications. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while managing multiple priorities. Basic computer proficiency and experience with production data entry. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Preferred Experience operating cutters, die cutters, laminators, saddle stitchers, folders, glue equipment, shrink wrappers, drill presses, coil binding equipment, sewing machines, and grommet machines. Experience within printing, packaging, POP displays, direct mail, graphics, or related manufacturing industries. Knowledge of quality control standards and finishing processes. Experience performing basic equipment maintenance and setup. Familiarity with production reporting systems and workflow software. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement practices.
