Medication Technician (Med Tech)

Pay & Benefits
- $15 - $18 per hour, based on experience
- Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time available)

- This position offers full-time or part-time hours with flexible scheduling. We have all shifts available, so you can work the schedule that fits into your life.
Medication Technician Responsibilities
- Organize, administer, and document medications under the supervision of licensed nurses
- Perform treatments and medication administration as ordered by physicians
- Ensure accurate medication delivery while following all state and community guidelines
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Maintain compliance with Western States Senior Communities' standards and expectations
Qualifications
- CNA certification
- Registered Medication Technician (Med Tech)
- Genuine passion for working with seniors
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
