Job Description The Claims Auto Trainee plays a key role in supporting customers during automobile accidents by thoroughly investigating each claim and confirming the facts of loss. In this position, you’ll learn to evaluate coverage, assess liability and damages, and negotiate claim resolutions within set authority. This is a great opportunity to build foundational claims experience while developing strong decision‑making and negotiation skills. We are seeking candidates who can take full ownership of claims from start to finish, while remaining organized, proactive, and highly communicative in a remote environment.
