Quality Assurance Engineer

Your Role

You are a detail-oriented professional who accurately interprets and communicates customer specifications and industry regulations for custom-manufactured equipment while supporting turbo-expander production in an ISO-9001 manufacturing environment. You are motivated to grow your career with a world market leader in expander technology used in sustainable turbomachinery solutions, including geothermal power, waste heat to power, energy storage, solar power, and hydrogen processes. You are a proactive, self-driven team player with a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

The compensation range for this position is $97,564.90 to $127,510.34 annually. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus. What You Will Own & Improve

• Develop and maintain Inspection and Test Plans for turboexpander projects
• Review project specifications to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements
• Support manufacturing and production processes to verify requirements are followed and met
• Create and maintain quality assurance documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the QA knowledge base
• Support delivery of high-quality, reliable turbomachinery products and ensure compliance with industry standards

To Succeed, You Will Need

What You Already Know:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to develop technical knowledge of turboexpanders
• Strong technical writing skills
• Familiarity with API, ASTM, ASME standards (preferred)

Physical Requirements/Essential Functions:

• Office and manufacturing environments
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and safety boots.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

This role reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor and is part of a team of six people.
