About the Role:

The Community Relations Representative serves as the first point of contact for resident interactions on-site. This role focuses on fostering positive relationships, managing communication, ensuring smooth move-in and move-out processes, resident retention and promptly resolving customer questions and concerns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customers' needs, addressing and taking ownership of resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally. * Ensures community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards. * Completes all administrative resident services tasks and ensures they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform. * Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies.

Qualifications:

* 1-3 years of relevant work experience. * High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent experience preferred. * Excellent customer service skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Google Suite. * Travel between communities may be required daily. * Valid California driver's license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law.
