Whether your journey with us lasts two days or two years, we value your contribution.What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Engineer:Design, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams to support manufacturing operations and new product launches.Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies.Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.Analyze production data to improve throughput, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing performance.Design and develop fixtures, tooling, and production aids that improve safety and efficiency.Support new product introductions by ensuring manufacturing readiness and smooth production transitions.Recommend improvements that enhance product quality, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.Provide technical guidance and training to production and assembly teams.Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.Two to five years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and mechanical assembly.Experience using SolidWorks or similar CAD software.Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing documentation practices.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.Experience supporting equipment manufacturing, metal fabrication, or industrial assembly is preferred.Understanding of PLCs, pneumatic systems, and basic electrical systems is a plus.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication, organization, and project management abilities.Hands-on approach with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.Physical Requirements:Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.Frequently stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, and use hands throughout the workday.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.Ability to safely navigate a production environment while maintaining attention to detail.We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!Benefits:Weekly pay$5 prescription drugs$5 doctor's visit copaysFree teledoctor serviceFree counseling servicesLife insurance includedVision insurance includedDental insurance includedVacation and holiday payScholarship Opportunities401(k) retirement planFree legal servicesOur unbeatable employee discount programApply today with ?nin Staffing – Statesville—your next opportunity is just a click away!Apply Now Category Assembly & manufacturing Pay Rate $36.00 - $40.87 an hour
