Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Set morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach members as needed. Open and close the store with minimal supervision. Must be able to work varied hours, including early hours (as early as 3AM) and weekends. Must pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law. Must obtain a ServSafe Certification prior to completing leadership training. Possession of a current, valid state‑issued driver’s license preferred; required at specific locations. Hourly rate: $11.67 – $18.67 per hour (starting pay subject to local and state minimum wage regulations; ranges reflect what the employer reasonably expects to pay for such a position).
