Job Description
Blue Life Security is seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused MTSU Event Staff to join our growing team. As part of a team of 20+ security professionals, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment at events by patrolling properties, monitoring incidents, and providing excellent customer service. This Part-time position reports directly to the Operations Manager and requires local travel only. We offer opportunities for growth through cross-training and promotion within the company.
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned event properties and maintain a visible presence
- Provide outstanding customer service to attendees, staff, and visitors
- Enforce event policies and control access to facilities
- Respond professionally to emergencies concerns
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Dependability and strong work ethic
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
