Associate Director, Study Manager, Immunology

Associate Director role leading operational planning and execution of clinical trials within an immunology program. This position directs cross-functional teams through study development and execution phases while building team capabilities and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning, feasibility assessment, execution, and conduct of assigned clinical trial(s)
• Serve as Clinical Trial Team lead and direct study planning, development, and execution elements including governance and escalations
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, subsidiaries, vendors, and external partners to support trial objectives
• Build and mentor junior team members through coaching, professional development, and performance management
• Provide clinical operations input on protocols and relevant clinical documents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 9+ years pharmaceutical/clinical drug development experience, or Master's degree plus 6+ years, or PhD/PharmD plus 2+ years
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to drive and manage scientific activities on clinical protocols
• Advanced project planning, analytical, and operational milestone-tracking skills
• Leadership capability in matrix environments with ability to influence peers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience conducting global clinical trials through database lock, preferably in immunology-related indications

Compensation: $142,400–$224,100 base
