Job Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care.
Maintain professional accountability for patient care for assigned patients.
Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments.
Ensure patient rights are maintained and confidentiality of patient information is upheld.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in alignment with organizational mission, values, and service standards.
