We're partnering with a well-established and growing food production company near the Hanford area that is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. This organization is known for its strong presence in the industry, commitment to quality products, and a fast-paced, team-driven environment.


This is a highly hands-on leadership role, with the majority of time spent on the plant floor overseeing daily operations and ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day production operations on the plant floor, ensuring efficiency and productivity across lines
Supervise, coach, and develop production staff, fostering a positive and accountable team environment
Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet output goals
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and safety standards
Troubleshoot production issues in real time and implement solutions to minimize downtime
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, maintenance, and leadership


Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Prior experience in dairy production required
Proven experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or food production environment
Comfortable working a 2nd shift schedule
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, floor-focused approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs
