Front Desk & Member Experience Specialist

Planet Fitness

Planet Fitness in Town of New Windsor, NY is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional member service in a Judgement Free Zone®. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, promote memberships, handle inquiries, and perform retail transactions while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

The role includes answering phones, assisting with sign-ups and billing updates, and supporting ongoing club operations with a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
