Role Overview This position involves providing patient-centered care in a Med Surg department, leading individualized care plans, coordinating interdisciplinary communication, executing complex treatments, and managing discharge planning to promote recovery and well-being. Key Responsibilities Lead personalized care journeys ensuring clinical excellence and dignity. Serve as a communication hub across medical disciplines, advocating for patient safety. Partner with physicians to execute treatment strategies and interventions. Coordinate discharge planning, empowering patients and families for continued recovery. Qualifications & Skills Valid RN licensure from the relevant state board. BLS certification within 1 month of hire, accepted through AHA or Red Cross. Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.
