Large Format Print Operator

Print OperatorOAI + Rainier by The Look Company, is a manufacturing organization with a long, established history. We are looking for Print Operators to join our team.Print Operators operate large format digital printers and are responsible for the set-up of jobs and pre-production print check to ensure proper machine set-up, ink viscosity, color, and print quality.In this role you will be expected to adapt to varying project scopes, volumes and difficulties. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in high-volume production environment.The ideal candidate will have/be:Strong background in large format printing (roll, flatbed, dysup printers).Mechanical aptitude and ability to analyze and troubleshoot.Computer literacy and be comfortable using a variety of software, including the ability to navigate digital tools, manage files, and communicate via email and other platforms.Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality & ability to distinguish colors.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team to meet production schedules.Communicate and understand directions both verbally and written in English.Confident mathematical skills and measurements.Schedule:This is a second-shift position, working Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.Compensation:This position is available at multiple levels. The level and corresponding salary range will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. Final placement within a level and associated range will be based on an evaluation of the candidate's skills, experience, and alignment with the role's responsibilities.
