Seeking bilingual (fluent in Spanish) PMHNP
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), where you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive mental health services to diverse patient populations. - Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, including patient assessments, vital signs, and mental status examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate psychotherapy, medication management, and other therapeutic modalities.
- Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications, including those requiring specialized knowledge such as psychopharmacology and botulinum toxin treatments where applicable.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care across inpatient, outpatient, telehealth, and community settings.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide patient education on medication use, lifestyle modifications, and behavioral health strategies to support recovery and wellness.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives or quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing mental health services.
