Mechanical BIM Coordinator

BIM Digital Design Coordinator We will count on you to: Work for the Mechanical discipline, under the direct supervision of an Engineer or other technical professional. Assist in the development of the Mechanical Revit model, with direction from the Digital Design, Architectural, or Engineering staff. Responsible for assisting with the creation of the Mechanical Revit model, systems, content, and overall digital delivery output for the Mechanical discipline. Accurately model the BIM elements in the correct constraints of the modeling environment, using Revit. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, & diagrams of the design using the current 3D software. Maintain the Mechanical Revit model including project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match-lines, views, and sheets. Produce Mechanical specific documentation with accurate annotations on all modeling output.
