We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager who is passionate about leadership, sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do As a Branch Manager, you will lead your branch to success by driving sales performance, growing customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–5 branch employees Drive branch sales, customer growth, and deposit retention Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve complex customer needs Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations Open new accounts and deepen existing customer relationships Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cashier’s checks, money orders, and wire transfers Renegotiate certificates of deposit Maintain audit standards and ensure regulatory compliance Monitor performance metrics and achieve productivity goals What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of branch banking experience At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Branch Manager Strong sales orientation and leadership experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z Skills That Set You Apart Proven leadership and team development skills Strong sales and relationship-building abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Why Union Savings Bank?
