Job Overview Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Employment Type: Part-Time Available shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing Location: Walmart Supercenter #1464, 8180 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28273, US Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer. Additional Compensation Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
