Description Registered Nurse (RN) - Private Duty Pediatric Nurse Thornton, CO Surrounding Areas Pay Range: $35-$38/hour Make a Difference One Patient at a Time Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct, one-on-one care for medically fragile children and young adults in their homes. - One-on-one, patient-centered pediatric care
- Flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, and PRN options)
- Days, nights, and weekend shifts available

- Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
- Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
- Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of Colorado)
- Ability to provide care in a home environment
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with high-acuity care (trach, vent, G-tube)
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
