Position Overview: Willow Creek Country Club is looking for a friendly and energetic Restaurant/Pub Server. Are you passionate about providing exceptional service in a refined, private dining environment? Our exclusive clubhouse restaurant is seeking dedicated servers to deliver a world-class experience to our members. Responsibilities: Provide attentive, personalized service to members and guests Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages with professionalism Ensure dining areas are immaculate and set to club standards Assist with special events and private functions as needed Qualifications: Previous fine dining or private club experience preferred Minimum 1 year of server experience Bartending experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events Team-oriented, reliable, and professional demeanor Perks & Benefits: Employee meal while on shift Employee access to golf and swimming pool on Mondays (employees only). Supportive, fun team environment with opportunities to grow. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry 30-50 lbs.
