Lead Data Governance Analyst Job Description

Support the roll out of an enterprise-wide data governance framework

Facilitate the development and implementation of data policies and standards as well as the creation and adoption of compliance-related dashboards

Ensure alignment of the Data Office Global Data Management Policy and Standards with the company’s control functions, including but not limited to Enterprise Project Management (Toll Gate Framework), Enterprise Risk (RCSA, Controls Maturity), Change Management, IT Security (SSA).

Create / Update annual global training associated to the Data Management Policy and Data Office strategic objectives.

Drive the annual Data Maturity Assessment program within the Data Office leadership, ensuring comparative metrics are established to monitor the maturity of key program initiatives and key gaps are identified and communicated to leadership.

Compute required Data Governance Program execution health metrics in support of communicating overall program health using quantitative and qualitative data

Support the Data Governance platform by identifying and developing requirements related to use cases related to the Collibra platform.

Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders and ensure the execution roadmaps remain current as business needs or priorities change

Develop strong relationships with key Management and SLT stakeholders in support of driving desired portfolio and project delivery results
